Dignity and Respect
We all should be able to expect a respectful, considerate, and professional work place. With this in mind, As CFT President I want to make clear that the CFT expects all of its employees to be treated with dignity and respect.
The CFT expects its employees, elected officers, and management to express opinions and ideas in direct and forceful ways. We will not, on the other hand, allow employees to be insulted, yelled at, belittled, called names, or publically put down. To make this perfectly clear: CFT will not tolerate persistent disrespectful, inconsiderate, or non-professional behavior by any individual toward any employee.
